Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Section 6 requested information: A) The research project involves a 3U cubesat with the intention of deploying a drag-sail prototype to rapidly deorbit from Low Earth Orbit (LEO). B) The radio communication is required to downlink the telemetry from our satellite, including voltages, uptime, and deployment status of our drag-sail. C) Satellite-Ground link is the preferred method to downlink our telemetry as opposed to a satellite-satellite link, since we can leverage global amateur radio receiving stations, such as the SatNOGS network, operating in our specified UHF frequency.
