Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Washington, D.C. area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, Silvus Technologies, Inc., requests the use of this channel.

The proposed service would enable demonstration of the Streamcaster SC4200 transceiver / antenna array in an airborne exercise.
