Six-month extension of ground testing STA for Cape Canaveral launch site. Adds four new C-band freqencies: 4198.75 MHz, 4199.40 MHz, 6425.0 MHz, and 6429.5 MHz. Removes two obsolete C-band frequencies: 4185 MHz and 6412 MHz. No other changes.
