Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA proposes the use of certain frequencies not available for licensing for a single, large-scale international Grand Prix motorcycle race in Austin, Texas at the Circuit of the Americas Motor Speedway. This STA proposes the use of channels in the bands 411-418 MHz, 420-450 MHz, 450-470 MHz, 470-512 MHz, 512-608 MHz, 614-698 MHz, 941-952 MHz, 2025-2110 MHz, 2180-2290 MHz, 6875-7125 MHz and 7125-7320 MHz. This STA is necessary due to the short-term use of equipment used in Europe for race operations and international broadcasting and video production on a regular basis.
