Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA proposes the use of certain frequencies not available for licensing for a single, large-scale international Grand Prix motorcycle race in Austin, Texas at the Circuit of the Americas Motor Speedway. This STA proposes the use of channels in the bands 411-418 MHz, 420-450 MHz, 450-470 MHz, 470-512 MHz, 512-608 MHz, 614-698 MHz, 2025-2110 MHz, 862-869 MHz, 2180-2290 MHz, 2390-2400 MHz and 6875-7125 MHz. This STA is necessary due to the short-term use of equipment used in Europe for race operations and international broadcasting and video production on a regular basis. Remote video broadcast, voice and data transmission relative to race operations and communications with race motorcycles and video transmissions from the vehicles to video production facilities at the track during MotoGP Grand Prix motorcycle race in Austin, Texas at the Circuit of the Americas motor speedway. Wireless microphone operation will also be facilitated for international broadcast and video production crews on-site. Also, operational communications for race drivers and pit crews.
