Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This system is a test bed for counter small aircraft radar development. The system will be deployed at Elliott Field in Dawsonville GA. GTRI has authorization to operate unmanned air vehicles at Elliott Field. The radar test bed will provide data to characterize detection, tracking, and identification of small air vehicles.
