3G Wireless, LLC is filing an STA request to provide a big screen system during the Supercross race at Daytona International Speedway for JHE presentation of Daytona Supercross. 3G Wireless, LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. CMS Productions has contracted 3G Wireless, LLC to provide a wireless big screen feed to operate within the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona, Florida for their telecast. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Daytona area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of area events, 3G Wireless requests the use of these channels.

Grant of the instant request for STA for 2244MHz and 2254MHz would serve the public interest by enabling 3G Wireless, LLC to supply the requested remote camera system for television coverage. The proposed service would enhance coverage of the events by providing on the spot pictures and camera control from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the production company.
