The applicant currently is authorized to demonstrate its equipment under authorization WE2XCL. The instant request for Special Temporary Authority seek to demonstrate the equipment at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science (Denver, CO) for a limited time of less than six months. The purpose of the demonstration is to advance understanding of the radio arts and, pursuant to 47 C.F.R. § 5.3(e), conduct a technical demonstration of equipment and techniques. The public interest will be served by grant of this application as it will allow a demonstration of the successes and potential for radio frequency science.
