Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Four day video film production at sporting events. Application File Number 0272-EX-ST-2002 was granted on August 12, 2002. However, three ITFS frequencies were inadvertently omitted from the application. Thus, BST requires additional STA authority for the following ITFS frequencies: 2538 MHz, 2555 MHz and 2572 MHz. No ITFS licensees are within 50 miles of the center coordinates of the golf course on 2555 and 2572 MHz, according to a search of the FCC GENMEN database. Two ITFS licenses use 2538 MHz and they are being contacted for concurrence to use this frequency. BST will report the result of this concurrence request tomorrow.
