Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA proposes the use of certain frequencies not available for licensing for a single, large-scale international Grand Prix Motorcycle Race in Austin, Texas at motor racing track. This STA proposes the use of channels in the bands 215-216MHz, 412-420 MHz, 440-470 MHz, segments of the 700 MHz band, and the use of the band 2180-2290 MHz. The STA is necessary due to the short-term use of equipment used in Europe for race operations and international broadcasting on a regular basis. See attached statement and frequency coordination exhibit.
