RF Film Inc is filing an STA request to provide an RF video link for the filming of Haiku 87 for Back Breakers Films Inc. RF Film Inc submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Los Angeles CA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area RF Film Inc requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz telemetry bands.
