Please explain the purpose of operation:
To test a communications system in the lightly regulated E-band with a pointing acquisition radio at 375-386 MHz. Any center frequency with a bandwidth of 400kHz in the 375-386MHz can be assigned; preferably with a backup center frequency in case of interference . This experiment is pursuant to a U.S. Government contract: DARPA contract HR0011-14-C-0061. Note: This is basically a modification of WH9XZC; file number 0966-EX-2014. The changes are the UHF frequency changing and one end of the E-band link is mobile.
