RF Film is filing an STA request for an aerial video link and 2 terrestrial links to cover the production of Project Ice Cream at the Financial District in San Francisco CA. RF Film Inc. submits that here are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Adobe Pictures has contracted RF Film Inc to provide the necessary microwave Link for the aerial video link and 2 terrestrial links for the production of “Project Ice Cream”. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the San Francisco CA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of the special event, RFV Film Inc requests the use of channels in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.
