Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of frequencies 2210 and 2230 MHz. The purpose is to provide video coverage of a technology exhibition at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, TX for the period of February 12 through February 13, 2017 (includes setup and testing). Please note the use of the frequencies is not related to the event but only to provide video of the event. The units will operate only inside the venue with a maximum ERP of 50 mW. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events.
