RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request to provide an aerial video link and 2 terrestrial links for Boeing Corp.. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Boeing Corp. Seattle has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave link for 1 aerial and 2 terrestrial RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Seattle WA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of a channel in the 2360-2390MHz Telemetry Band.
