Applicant, a manufacturer of high-quality two-way land mobile radios, is not licensed to use land mobile UHF radios in Las Vegas, Nevada and requires the use of T-Band channel pairs within TV Channel 14, and some 700 MHz channels for demonstration of two-way land mobile radio products at the IWCE trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Convention Center on Paradise Road in Las Vegas, during the period March 8-12, 2010.
