RF Film, Inc. is filing an STA request for the shooting a film shoot in San Francisco CA.. RF Film, Inc. submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. L.O.Z. Productions, has contracted RF Film, Inc. to provide the necessary microwave for the shooting of this movie. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the San Francisco area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area, RF Film requests the use of 2 channels in the 2360-2390 MHz and 1 channel in the 1435 – 1525 MHz Telemetry Band
