Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
While the National Football League has a number of land mobile radio licenses for specific use in football stadiums, the NFL plans a regional combine for the purpose of evaluating potential professional football players. One of these events will occur at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California during the period January 27 through January 30, 2012 at a location at which the NFL has no licenses that will permit short-term, low-power operational communications using portable radios in the UHF land mobile band.
