Special Temporary Authority application - Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Lockheed Martin Corporation requires authority to conduct short-term testing at its Ft. Worth facility to validate the integrity of a radio component within a developmental Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod (ATP) technology prior to delivery to Edwards AFB for full-time testing. The duration of this one-time proposed testing makes an STA most suitable for the operations.
