Special Temporary Authority application - Purpose of Operation

Please explain the purpose of operation:
Demonstration is for a few hours during daytime and no more than 2 days a month. Frequencies are required to demonstrate radio direction finding and collection system. Grant of the License would provide the ability to transmit test signals in the authorized bands to verify the efficacy of our signal detection and location systems. Handheld portable radios or truck mounted radios will only be used for this demonstration and not for any other purpose. No fixed base stations will be used.
