Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Request 6 month extension while awaiting grant of concurrently filed Experimental application. Expedited treatment of the application is necessary because the principals of the prospective client that will make the decision whether or not to utilize this next generation of equipment for broadband technology are only available for the next three weeks. Once that time has passed, they will be unavailable and unable to participate in the evaluation of the equipment. Ultimately these individuals will decide whether or not to move forward utilizing this technology, and without these demonstrations they do not have sufficient basis on which to make their decision. Navini was unable to apply for this STA prior to this time because they had entered into discussions with the license holder of the spectrum to be certain no harmful interference would be caused to their operations, and those discussions were just successfully concluded. Determining the market potential, feasibility and functionality for new broadband equipment in providing two way fixed broadband services to consumers.
