3g Wireless LLC is filing an STA request to provide terrestrial video links for CBS Sports. 3g Wireless LLC submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. CBS Sports has contracted 3g Wireless LLC to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the New Orleans LA area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area 3g Wireless LLC requests the use of a channel in the 1435 - 1525MHz Telemetry Bands.
