Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The applicant requires video bandwidth channels in the range 2390-2420 MHz for video production for television network use for the NFL Super Bowl in February. Sufficient channels in the Tampa metropolitan area for video production based on LTTS licenses held by the applicant are not available due to the intensive spectrum use at this newsworthy sporting event.
